PORTFOLIO POINTS 2010

Held for the 4th time from April 15th to May 1st, the Portfolio Points exhibition series organized by neopaint.hu provides a platform for young, up-and-coming painters, graphic artists and photographers to show off their talent, while providing you with an excellent opportunity to discover the colorful world of contemporary art.

Cafés, clothes shops and cinemas along with galleries will house this fascinating art event, complete with lectures, concerts, parties and screenings. Check the bottom of this page for the complete list of locations and our map on the next page.

Grand Opening
Besides the joint exhibition of the urban artists of neopaint.hu, a.k.a. the organizers (Blik, Rask, NikonOne, E357, Drez), the Grand Opening brings you a real street artist hotshot, Flying Fortress straight from Hamburg, whose Teddy Troops you might have already bumped into when strolling the streets of European metropolises (they’re strict-looking soldier-bears made with various techniques, from stickers to painted figurines, check www.rockawaybear.com).

Lanczinger on the Wall
Discover Mátyás Laczinger’s miniversum, featuring moving and still images, beatboxing cats, Zsuzsa Lajos, Fat Girl and Detective Guta… The display presents, among others, cartoons, animations, drafts, graphic works and doodles.

Márton Bodó (a.k.a. Bodoo and Bobek) is a many-sided artist (photographer, graphic artist, DJ and drummer), taking you to strange and super-strange lands through double analogues and collages.
