The name of the slick and friendly A-list Salon&Spa, in leafy Buda, was inspired by the famous red carpet of the Oscar galas. The lady of the house, Zsuzsa Galgóczi, is not only lovely but, true to her salon’s name, an A-list hairdresser with heaps of experience from London schools, French salons and luxury cruisers. We caught up with her to chat about their new selection of Paul Mitchell hair products.

 

As Zsuzsa told us, Paul Mitchell was a man ardently in love with his profession. In the 1960s, when the trade of beauty salons dropped dramatically, Mitchell developed his first range of products based on the miraculously effective Hawaii ginger.

What sets the Paul Mitchell range apart other hair care products?

Apart from the fact that the products are exclusively made of high quality raw material, developed by the professionals themselves based on their experience, the company have always been a privately owned, eco-conscious brand spearheaded by those who really cared about this profession.

 

So, A-List will be using Paul Mitchell products from now on?

The Paul Mitchell range was only launched in Europe in 1987, but became one of the brand leaders in the blink of an eye. A-List chose to use it, as this brand mirrors devotion to the highest quality and a passion for hair care; exactly like our own ars poetica.
